  1. Wake up around 7am but really 9.😯👆good instructional video. See very flexible. Wow

  2. This was the perfect morning video. I was cracking up the entire time, as if I was stretching with my bff. "from peaceful, to.. STRIPERRRR"

  3. Iv'e always stretched because my muscles get tight. You taught me some new stretches on this video. Thank you, but I realize now how tight I really am. I couldn't do some of the exercises, as I have a total knee that doesn't bend fully. But at least I am trying. I am far from what you can do, but probably double your age. I need to realize that, but at the same time not give up.

  4. I would love to be a morning person and to enjoy waking up early. I believe in meditation, journaling, exercising, good habits! But I cannot wakeup for myself. Even this morning I woke up at 6 and didnt feel tired, but instead of exercising I kept to my usual routine which is wake up at 730, stay in bed, listen to a guided meditation then get ready for work and be there by 9. One day I'll tackle my mornings and finally have the good habits that will make me happy. Finding the motivation for myself and not others is taking some time.

  5. I wake up at 5 am and workout around 6am .. we r just stretch and workout at night also ..ty for this video helped me this morning

  6. In Cassie’s most soothing voice ever “And then you’re going to go from peaceful to striippper.”
I laughed so hard that I fell over.

  7. I love doing this in the morning when I have my coffee it just sets the mood for the day.

  8. I work nights (usually get to sleep between 5am-8am) so I try to wake up around 12pm on days I haven't worked, and 2pm on days after work, depending on when I got to sleep!

  9. My body woke up pretty nicely, but my neck is kind of wonky and I feel like this pinched some of my problem nerves. My head feels kind of achy and swimmy now. Maybe not good for those of us who wake up with a bad neck haha

  10. Why are you doing dynamic stretches? And should I warm up before stretching? Isn’t it bad to stretch on cold muscles????

  11. I'm having construction done on my house this morning and needed a way to ease into a crazy day. This was perfect–thanks!

  12. Thank you so much for this morning wake up! This really energized me. Question, do you think that doing yoga can tone my body? I have tried the gym so many times but it's not really my jam, but last year I discovered that I love to do morning yoga, but I'm nervous it won't meet my workout goals. What do you think? Also I am trying to train myself to become a morning person as well, I'm waking up between 630a and 645a

  13. YASSSS This is so nice, I feel inspired, energized ready to climb a mounting even uhhh, I feel so FREE. Thank You So Much! <3

  14. Wow, that was WAY more intense than I was expecting…but it did the job! I'll have to practise some of those movements more. Thanks, Cassey!!

  15. I think something needs to be said about this video of yours. It's soooooo deceptive!! Here I am looking to do some sweet wake up stretches, so I tried the video and by the end of it I was sweating like a pig.

Ok so I tried it again cos we've been having crazy heatwave weather, same sweating. I try again with all windows open and a crisp breeze, sweating again!! I'm like what the hell is this right !?!?! Then I look to see your state at the end of the vid n you're sweating it too, but have the most gorgeous smile through it. This ain't no 'easing into your morning routine' Cassie dear. This is a shake up! A GSWM – get sweaty with me vid.

I have now appropriately moved it to a workout playlist, suggest you do the same 😉😁 cos you got the whole 'ease into your morning' real wrong.. or at least I did..

PS: I Absolutely love ❤❤❤❤ 😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩 this video. It's short and punchy. I get a workout type sweat in just 12 minutes flat… that lasts for sometimes up to 20+minutes. Some mornings when I don't have a lot of time and I get this video done, I feel like I have conquered n achieved something, set the right tone and intentions for the day and can go into battle (aka work 😉) like a warrior xoxoxo thank you so much for it 🙏🙏🙏

  16. Damn Cassey you’ve come such a long way! Look at that set up 😍,
I’m digging the interior design so much and you’re partnered with Apple! Get it girl

  17. this is great! promote waking at 5:00 a.m. and on my way to doing too! would love for you to be a guest on a Live for facebook DH2W Family Wellness or DH2W for WOMEN groups! thank you
