  4. My stress mostly comes from grades. I'm in school, and I really, really want to get into a good college like Yale or Harvard. Most of the grades I get are A's or A+'s. And at the beginning of the new semester, one low grade and your semester grade goes down. So I get one 87 and I freak. Anything under a 95 I consider a failure. At least I have the rest of the year to get my grade up. I know I'm really hard on myself. And I know I should lighten up. But I just… can't. And all this creates stress, which gives me fat, which adds to the stress, and the cycle continues. Thanks for listening. It really helps, and I don't even know you and you don't know me.

  11. This video makes my abs burn much more than any 10 minute video. This is my go to workout vid. I have learnt to love the burn that I wake up with in the morning!

  14. As a medical student, when you said that lack of sleep and stress caused lower belly fat, the lightbulb clicked and now I know why I can't seem to shake it off T.T looks like its here to stay for a little while longer lol
