These five equipment-free, at home exercises will really target and strengthen your triceps, which will increase muscle tone on the back of the arm.

We’ll be doing each move for 1:30 with, you guessed it, no breaks!

1. Seated Triceps
2. Elevated Tricep Pulses
3. Tricep Press Backs
4. Mermaid Triceps (Right)
5. Mermaid Triceps (Left)
