My hips are extremely tight to the point where I can barely even do these moves… it gets very frustrating and discouraging sometimes for me. If I keep up with this video daily can I expect to see somewhat of an improvement? Thank you!! 🙂

  6. If you have hip problems of any kind, do NOT do the hip stretch at the end. I have RA and have been in agony since I did it, even though I was fully warmed up when I tried it and followed the instructions given in this video. @blogilates, your advice set my recovery back by months. You ought to know better than to advise people to try advanced stretches without a warning. I doubt I will be ever visiting this channel again.

  7. Taking a break from OrangeTheory bc honestly the impact from an hour of HITT is too much from my planter fasciitis. I was a little worried about my workouts and then I found your channel. I just did this video and the 7 mins to fabulous arms and omgeeee! Love your energy and unique workouts. Also really appreciate the apartment friendly workout video.   13. I would love this but with standing workouts. I have some back problems so the floor workouts are really annoying to do for me
