You’ve been through the Pilates with me. You’ve been through the HIIT with me. Now, I’m introducing to you for the first time, my new format – PIIT: Pilates Intense Interval Training! Using absolutely no equipment, I lead you through 7 moves that alternate between intense moves that will bring your heart rate up paired with Pilates inspired exercises designed to tone your muscles.

Today’s routine is focused on Booty lifting! Follow me through the first round of Booty Pop PIIT. It’s 45 sec on and 15 sec off. If this is your only workout for the day, please repeat this video 4x through for a complete workout that is right under 30 min.

  1. Hey Casey, I did your January calendar and really enjoyed. Now for February I am challenging myself do to PIIT every day. Thats okay right? Its not too much for my body? I have a rest day and another day I have dance.

  4. Okay honestly I was sweating like cray and working really hard but it seemed to go by so fast! I wasn’t planning on doing four times but here I am getting ready to start the fourth round.

  8. wow i really like this workout! The video is full of my favorite motions!!! especially i like the leg swing movement!

  9. For those who want to do it to your own music/podcasts:

    1. Squat Circle (one leg per round)
    2. Hop Hop Squat
    3. Backward Lunges (alternating legs)
    4. Plié Hops
    5. Squatted Leg Lift (one leg per round)
    6. Dancing Doll
    7. Leg Swing Combo (one leg per round)

  10. Important question- does this make your butt bigger? Because I already have one and I'm working to lose it and I don't want to mess up. So please let me know at the earliest because I wanna start this xX

  11. Boy I hate it when I click on a video and Cassey only does on leg and makes me do it one more time. So I'd replay the video, only those with one leg and forgot which leg I did before.
