I did an experiment and wanted to see what would happen if I didn’t eat any solid food for 3 days. I put myself on a 3 day juice cleanse. Yup. Never thought I’d be saying that.

I decided to try a juice cleanse because my body was in a complete state of chaos after my Hawaii vacation where I ate EVERYTHING my soul desired. Unfortunately, I got so bloated and started breaking out like crazy. My body was NOT happy.

  8. One day I didn't feel well so I was scared to eat (scared to swallow coz I thought I would choke lol). So I didn't ate for over a month. My ribs started showing but then I loved to eat lol
