Best fitness blogilates: Inner & Outer Thigh Pyramid Workout – 600 reps!

Nice fitness blogilates ever, Inner & Outer Thigh Pyramid Workout – 600 reps!. 2018-10-28 16:50:50

Probably one of the hardest thigh workouts I have ever done. IT WAS SO HARD. My legs were shaking and screaming.

So what’s a pyramid workout you ask? Basically we start with 1 rep only of each of the six moves then work our way up to 10 reps, and then work our way back to 1! If you did the math.. yep, that’s 100 REPS. PER MOVE. OMG. The moves are:

1. Froggers
2. Sideways Scissors
3. Leg Circles (Right)
4. Windshield wipers (Right)
5. Leg Circles (Left)
6. Windshield Wipers (Left)

Workout starts at 1:07!

Here is where I get all of my music! Epidemic Sound:

  1. Great workout. I use this once a week between gym visits in my tv room. Thanks for the encouragement 😊

  2. Third time doing this and my legs are still non existent but it gets better ヽ(・∀・)ノ I have to walk a lot tomorrow so we'll see how that goes lol

  3. I can't even sit up straight anymore. I died, seriously, death does not become me. Thank you for killing me 💪🏻

  4. OMG first time i could do this whole video with only one break which did last only 1 minute!!!!
    So proud!!

  5. hi ill be doing this for a few days or weeks to work on my legs!

☁︎ day one: i'm not gonna lie i only made it to the top of the pyramid, but oh my god this burns so bad and i'm so exhausted. but i pushed through to at least make it half way! i will try to get farther tomorrow 🙂

  6. Shaking. I found this way tougher than the 100 abs pyramid. My hips are so tight, they click in the leg rotations.

  7. This is me a day after doing this workout and walking feels like torture! My inner thighs are in so much pain omggg

  8. Casey!!! I think you HATE me in a goooodddd way. I can’t walk now I have to drag my legs 😅😂🤣🔥❤️😁😄😃

  9. I hate you so much right now…
that was amazing, I don't know how I'm gonna get through my last video for the day considering I can barely stand.
    thanks cassey xx

  10. Me at 1: That's it? thank god this is gonna be an easy workout
Me at 4 sweating like crazy and pausing between every move: WTF? HOW IS SHE EVEN DOING THIS?! IS SHE EVEN HUMAN?!

  11. I love this workout! I know a lot of people hate counting reps, but somehow knowing exactly what I have to do makes it more relaxing for me 🙂

  12. Just reached the top of the pyramid. Taking a slightly longer breather because my thighs were not ready for this. lol I WILL finish! This one is brutal!!

  13. when it reachs to 10 reps, i was die af, when it downs to 1 reps i feel happy and funny at the same time bc it's easy af haha

  14. I feel like this killed my abs more than my thighs bc my butt makes it really difficult for me to keep my lower back flat on the ground >•<

  15. When I finished, I was like, “oh I’m tired but I think I’ll be okay!”

    Then I stood up

  16. omg you go up to 10 then progressivley all the way back down? 🙁 It maaaay take me a while to get through this video in one shot haha

  17. So amazing thanks Cassie!! I'm so glad I found your channel a few weeks ago! I love the challenges. The 1000 ab and squats and now this one I will be adding as well! keep it coming I am dripping sweat and feeling great!!
