Probably one of the hardest thigh workouts I have ever done. IT WAS SO HARD. My legs were shaking and screaming.

So what’s a pyramid workout you ask? Basically we start with 1 rep only of each of the six moves then work our way up to 10 reps, and then work our way back to 1! If you did the math.. yep, that’s 100 REPS. PER MOVE. OMG. The moves are:

1. Froggers
2. Sideways Scissors
3. Leg Circles (Right)
4. Windshield wipers (Right)
5. Leg Circles (Left)
6. Windshield Wipers (Left)

    ☁︎ day one: i'm not gonna lie i only made it to the top of the pyramid, but oh my god this burns so bad and i'm so exhausted. but i pushed through to at least make it half way! i will try to get farther tomorrow 🙂

  6. Shaking. I found this way tougher than the 100 abs pyramid. My hips are so tight, they click in the leg rotations.

  12. Just reached the top of the pyramid. Taking a slightly longer breather because my thighs were not ready for this. lol I WILL finish! This one is brutal!!

  13. when it reachs to 10 reps, i was die af, when it downs to 1 reps i feel happy and funny at the same time bc it's easy af haha

  14. I feel like this killed my abs more than my thighs bc my butt makes it really difficult for me to keep my lower back flat on the ground >•<
