  1. I've never had to do this in a blogilates video before, but I actually had to slow the playback speed to 0.75x on the way "down" the mountain. Hahaha. So, life hack? But hey – I made it!!!

  2. I can't keep up when it gets to the roll ups and I get so discouraged cause there's no time to catch up. Got to 10 then couldn't continue

  3. can't believe I survived this (lots of cheating but the important is to make it through each time better right?)

  4. Let's just say I didn't do this as pretty as Cassey, but I DID IT! Never thought I would be able to do this.

  5. I felt the burn near the beginning, but by the middle and end I wasn't really feeling anything, it was just hard. I think I might need to slow down so I can engage better and use proper form?

  6. I can’t wait to add this to my weekly core workouts!! Going to be doing these 3x a week 🔥🔥

  7. I definitely did not understand the basis of this workout when I first started haha. I'm probably cheating by stopping halfway and finishing tomorrow, but I honestly feel like I could pass out if I keep going.

  8. Dieddd!!!! But I pull Thru!!!!! My weakk parts are abs but i did it and it feels great! Thank you Girll ! Thank you for making these workout videos for home . I hate the gym ,i hate running especially , i feel so uncomfortable at the gym . Hell i dont have to spend money. Im currently 165 my problem is belly fat. Im looking to eating healthy and getting toned

  9. this isn't to be mean just want to give honest feedback – she seems like the nicest person in the world but – this was just impossible because she doesn't stop talking and it took forever to even start the workout. you cant ever just focus on working out because there's this constant talking. not my vibe. shame cuz really wanted to like her. also you dont sweat a bit with this. if you want something tougher and with a better instructor check out simone de la rue or body by simone or christine kuhri or amy rosoff davis, they're all great, motivating but focused and their workouts are absolute killer like you actually die doing them and can feel your body working

  10. I just finished this whole thing for the first time ever! I tried it a couple of times months ago, but couldn’t get past 9 on the way up. That 100 ab challenge really made a difference 💪💪💪
