  3. Am I the only person whose least favorite move is the football run? It is so hard for me! I'd rather do more burpees or mountain climbers lol

  6. If you're doing this as part of the calendar, is it still 4x for this video? Because that would be more than an hour a day .o. One of the reasons I do this is because of my time constraints as a busy college student.

  13. I just downloaded September 2017 calendar with the intent to start doing something with my body… I don't need to lose fat, just to tone up body and muscles without having done anything from… the birth XD (other from random exercises during last year)
    Are Cassey's workouts good for this as well? thx!

  14. Hi Cassey 🙂 I am new to your blogilates, my friend recommended me to watch and do these exercises at home. I am halfway finishing this Fat Sizzler yet I gave up down to the last 3 exercises huhu.
