  5. adding these exercises between my weight lifting sets have been great! I noticed seen I have been doing Z(my nickname for her, lol) workouts, I have noticed my strength in lifting has increased. Totally recommend doing them. Its only 15 minutes a day that promises results! I challenged myself to do it for a week because I was skeptical. I saw changes in a few days that made me a believer!
